March 11, 2012 Thomas M. Washington 3809 Mill Pine Court Glen Allen, va. 23060 To Whom it may concern: I am writing to inform you about the unsanitary and poor service experience I had at the Arlington Suites hotel in Charlotte you have listed on your website. I booked through your website to stay in the hotel based on the information I received on your website. I was scheduled to stay at the Arlington Suites hotel in Charlotte from March 1, 2012 until March 4, 2012, but had to leave the hotel due to the unsanitary conditions as well as the fact the hotel was unable to provide basic hotel services. When I arrived at the Arlington Suites hotel room I noticed that the room didn't look like any of the pictures on the website. The hall leading to the first room I viewed looked like a construction zone. I viewed three rooms on March 1, 2012 when I arrived at 10:30 p.m. ET. due to the poor quality of each room. I was the surprised a hotel would advise me to look at multiple rooms, but I understood why shortly after viewing because of the poor quality. I am not a difficult person to please, however, the rooms I viewed were simply unacceptable. I reluctantly chose the best of the three rooms viewed because it was so late and I was unfamiliar with the area; the room was still poor quality though. The hotel room quatlity was definitely not what I had expected based on what I viewed on your website and really put a damper on my trip. This is not even the worst of the experience though. I slept in my clothes the night of 3-1-12 because the room seemed so unsanitary and little did I know the room was actually very unsanitory. I awoke and noticed I didn't have wash cloths or towels. I went to the front desk the morning of 3-2-12 at 9:30 a.m. ET. to ask for wash cloths and towels. I was told there were no wash cloths and it would take 30 minutes to get some because they were being washed. I thought this was weird because I travel a lot and have never been told...
